Yesterday for some reason, I had no desire to guzzle down gallons of water as I had previously been doing, so instead of my typical 6 times over water refill, I only did two. This morning, I had gained weight back. Which got me thinking, the more water I drink the more I will lose! Hopefully this way of thinking is spot on. On the exercise front, I still can't do a whole lot, but I ordered hip hop ab's recently. I admit I love to dance and shake my rear so I figured for 20 bucks, it couldn't be beat. That should be here in about 3-5 days and I'm seriously planning on starting that work out the day I get it doctors advice about waiting to work out be damned. I really want to lose this weight by what ever means I can!
