I think I'm overzealous in my workouts. I almost hit this week's total today. Monday. Day 1.

Look at that. 650 is what they suggest I burn in a week. And I WAY overshot it.
But the thing is if I work out for less than an hour and a half in a day, I feel like I'm not doing anything and I feel lazy and crummy. It's fun. FUN. F-U-N, FUN.

And now I'm upset because we don't have salad fixings in the house. I wanted a dang salad for lunch! GRR!
