saw my neurological opthamologist this morning...I knew I wouldn't get a diagnosis but was hoping for something more specific than ' The optic nerve in your right eye is bad & we need to do a brain scan..I don't know what we are looking for" well dude, if YOU don't know what we are looking for, then we may have a problem now I'm in the loving care of my insurance company (sarcasm intended there) waiting for them to approve of my tests....patience is a virtue I've never aspired to..maybe it's time I get some :)

The doctor will not dare make even a tentative diagnosis without first confirming the data from the test. My doctor, whom I trust, recently stopped making diagnoses while the patient is available. Even for something as simple as arthritis in the knee!

Patience isn't easily won! LOL No laughing matter though when you are waiting on insurance companies and tests! Best Wishes to you!
