I am "borrowing" this idea from my friend, Cindy. As we all know, putting goals in writing somehow cements them and makes them more attainable.
Goal #1: Hit my 1,000 Fitness Minutes this month. Which means . . .
Goal #2: Average 35 minutes of exercise each day. Which should help with . . .
Goal #3: Down 5 more pounds.
This should be interesting as my office is moving, I am getting a new granddaughter and we are going camping.
