Squat challenge day 6

Day 6 done (and 4 and 5 over the weekend!)! 75 squats today while getting ready for work... and 40 bicycle crunches. Need to do 35 more tonight.

Eating... well, I had more fruits and veggies than a normal weekend, but definitely didn't get in 5 each day.

Today, lunch and snacks are packed... I'm going to try to cut back on my caffeine again this week (I was up to 3 mugs of coffee daily - today I get one).

Had a busy, productive, and fun weekend - was a single mom (DH worked 48 hours straight...), but still got shopping done, the house cleaned and most of the laundry done - all before having one of the kids friends over for a play date & lunch yesterday... then karate in the afternoon and cooked a healthy chicken burrito dinner for Cinco de Mayo!

It's been a few weeks since the house has actually been clean, so that feels GREAT! Today was hard to get up and still haven't had my bit of coffee, so I'm dragging. But I'm almost through the bottle of water I am making myself drink before the coffee... so it's almost time! emoticon emoticon (Have I mentioned that I LOVE coffee???)

Here's to a productive week... and getting back into running (for real this time!).
