Well, it's been almost a week that I have been working on getting back on track, and I have to say making healthy choices is getting easier!! I have been planning ahead for lunches while I am at work. I have taking a salad for lunch with lots of colorful veggies to add to it, and some grilled chicken, and I actually get excited as I am preparing my salad and imagining how yummy it is going to taste at lunch time! I have also been taking an apple, or some other kind of fruit to have with lunch, and surprised at how filling my lunches have been.
Tonight I start back at water aerobics! I had signed up for it the last couple sessions, but didn't go hardly at all because my mom wasn't able to go with me, and I didn't like to go alone. My mom had some skin cancer removed a few weeks back, and her doctor told her last week that she should be ok to start back this week! I am so excited that she is able to go with me, and that she is able to start working out again! She is my work out buddy for the most part, and when she wasn't able to go, I wasn't motivated to go alone. But I'm going to work on changing that mind frame. I can do this, with or with out her! Just makes it nice to have her with me!!
Tomorrow is my weigh- in! I am feeling pretty confident that it will be AMAZING! I could tell this morning when I put my jeans on that they were feeling a little loose, so I am praying for good results!
