Challenge #6- Eat within my calorie guideline set by the Spark at least 5 days and workout at least 420 minutes this week.
· Plan healthy meals
· Eat healthy snacks
· Workout throughout the day
· Take Zachary for a walk on nice days
RESULTS: Horrible. Setting a weekly does not work if you can't stick with it. I did not within my calorie guideline once and I worked out for 360 minutes. For some reason I've been so hungry lately. I'm not sure if it's because of stress or what.
Weight Loss: 0.2 pounds
