So this semester for me has not been good. I gained back about 5 pounds and neglected both health and fitness goals. However, after my final final tomorrow, it's on!
This summer, I have no excuse to not reach my goals.
I have a realistic goal of 11lbs in 13 weeks and just getting over all toned.
I will prepare as much of my meals as physically possible, eliminating fast food (that was a killer for me this semester), and gaining new healthy habits.

    Goodluck! Remember to have patience, especially about getting toned. It will require an incredible amount of discipline to lose weight and build noticeable muscle at the same time. Make sure you save time for enjoying the summer!
