So this semester for me has not been good. I gained back about 5 pounds and neglected both health and fitness goals. However, after my final final tomorrow, it's on!
This summer, I have no excuse to not reach my goals.
I have a realistic goal of 11lbs in 13 weeks and just getting over all toned.
I will prepare as much of my meals as physically possible, eliminating fast food (that was a killer for me this semester), and gaining new healthy habits.
