So after breaking through the 155.0 barrier to the 154.8 weight of yesterday I did day 3 of the winter menu again and this time only added chocolate. ( 1 oz) So the test was meant to be the 1 oz chocolate.
I took my own food ( veggies and chicken ) to the bbq and I thought I could just have their salad. Sounds easy enough, right?
OR SO I THOUGHT!
Turns out they only had romaine lettuce as salad! SIGH! Not supposed to eat that! ( just baby romaine)
I forgot that strawberries are not considered a berry and had 2 large ones.
This morning I was the same weight, 154.8!
So there goes that test!
SO I am redoing day 3 but this time using the spring menu! That means I get to have watermelon!
My fear is that I am SOOOO sensitive to sugar that I will be stuck on day 3 forever without the 1 oz chocolate and coffee!
If tomorrow's weigh in proves to be good I am going on to RETEST goat's cheese.
Let's hope I can get past day 4. Getting bored with the same veggies! I want to add butternut to the mix for some variety, but have to wait until after day 4!
Yes I am a little frustrated, I don't have a CLEAR idea of what my body wants and needs right now, still experimenting, but I am sticking with it!

When we got home from the family BBQ at about 8:30 pm I had to pack the dishwasher, get kids in bed and then go grocery shopping.
They towed away my little car today! SAD! My husband thinks I am crazy being sentimental about my car!
So we are officially down to ONE CAR now!
We got $150 for it! It is going to scrap!
