It's another Monday morning.
The weekend was great! Friday night was fun, but I ate way too much. Beer is filling too!! haha I'm glad I went though and I had a lot of fun hanging out and chatting with everyone.
Saturday morning got up early and took the dog for a walk in the park. that was fun! Had a subway egg/cheese breakfast flat bread! It was soooo good and pretty low in calories too!! Lunch was a salad, and I went out for supper with the boyfriend. It was a pasta bar so I got pasta but only ate half and packed the rest to go. Sunday morning made an egg white omlet (I don't have pics of everything!) then went for another walk! Had leftover pasta for lunch and chicken wrap for supper :) Overall a good weekend nutrition wise other than the two meals out, which I think I allotted for to the best of my ability!
Now it's Monday again! I got up at 5:30, dress and drank some water and out the door.
It was a very foggy morning but we had a great walk! We took some different twists and turns though the park, a total of 4.47 KM!
It was so foggy it was almost creepy

I had toast with nutella and half a banana again this morning. We walked longer than I meant to so it was rushed morning.
Morning snack was apple with almond butter
Lunch is spinach salad with tuna and light italian dressing
I've got some pineapple, strawberries, blueberries for an afternoon snack.
I'm not sure what's planned for supper yet but with all this I'm only at 717 calories, so I should be safe as long as I keep it healthy :)
