Have been eating pretty healthy and exercising semi regularly (walking and yoga) and I can see the changes happening already. Probably mostly because I've been guzzling water, so my water weight has flushed out. Already though I've noticed my face slimming up a bit and my waist coming in a bit too. My boyfriend said he could see changes, which is pretty awesome.
Feeling good and excited to keep moving along on my journey to a healthier, happier me! ^^
