LOL I never know what to put as a title for these blogs.
But yesterday I got my rear in gear and started doing the Jillian Micheals 30 Day shred again.
Only this time, i tried Level 2.
I liked it so much better than level 1 - and actually broke a good sweat doing it too!
And when I jumped on the scale this morning - the scale gods shined back at me with a 216.2!
Only 1.2 lbs to my next mini goal!
