LOL I never know what to put as a title for these blogs.
But yesterday I got my rear in gear and started doing the Jillian Micheals 30 Day shred again.
Only this time, i tried Level 2.
I liked it so much better than level 1 - and actually broke a good sweat doing it too!
And when I jumped on the scale this morning - the scale gods shined back at me with a 216.2!
Only 1.2 lbs to my next mini goal!

    That's great! I actually want to do the 30 day shred one day :) And whoo hoo for almost hitting your mini goal! You can do it... not much more to go!

    LOL the scale gods. I did 30 day shred for a little bit (never actually finished it though because I started ChaLEAN extreme), but I felt the same way; loving level 2 more than 1. Keep it up!!!
