Recap of day 14 of 30 day challenge #2 with the following:
-no fast food
- under 2,000 calories
- 6 days of 30 minutes of cardio w/ 1 day of strength
- recap my days
So Sunday was an odd day. I got up did laundry, went shopping, rushed my roommate to work, then played some monopoly with my other roommates. Fought with the other one. (I currently have 3 roommates) went w/ the one shopping for himself. Stopped at this frozen yogurt shop where you make your cup so I had complete control over what I threw in it. was delicious. Since yesterday was my rest day I didn’t do any work outs. But my body was a lil tired from the week of working out. I had let my calories get away from me 3 days out of the 7 this last week. so I will be working extra hard this week to meet my goals.
So today (Monday) is my weigh in.
Last week – 345
This week – 344 – (-1lb)
Total so far from challenge = -7lbs.
So I kinda figured it would be a small loss since my first week was crazy big and I ate bad three days this week. so just keep on going!
Total 1,578 out of 2,000
Breakfast- 6 inch turkey and ham sub w/ provolone bacon, lettuce, olives, peppers, light mayo, bag of chips
Lunch- frozen yogurt w/ fruit and cheese cake bites (made myself)
Dinner- Hamburger, bun, blue cheese, mix salads kit w/ cranberries vinaigrette
Snack- rice Krispy treat
