Week 4, 18lbs down & Day 1 Whole foods challenge

So this week I'm challenging myself to eat whole foods nothing processed for 5 days. I did grocery shopping yesterday my fridge is packed with fruits and veggies also bought fish.

The plan this week is to also change my workout plan a bit, I find that I use some machines more than others a the gym (that means 1 machine) so I'm going to try treadmill tonight for the first time. Also I want to dedicate at least 20 minutes of strength training.

Challenge 3: track my workout at least 3 times this week.

I'm happy with how I've been feeling these days less tired and getting at least 7 hours sleep.
Keep the faith and keep moving one day at a time we can do this.
