Hip Hop Abs

I had a nice weekend....went out to dinner with the hubby on Saturday (which we rarely get a chance to do) while my sister took Ms thing to a pajama birthday party.
Even though I wanted the yellow rice or the french fries I stuck to my guns and had a really fantastic grilled chicken caesar salad. I did have a strawberry pina colada though.... But I thought "f" it! We don't do this often.

Sunday morning I got up and immediately got into my workout clothes and headed to my living room to work on me!
I switched it up a bit and did Hip Hop Abs Cardio Fat Burn for 30mins. I hadn't done that video in a long time. But this time it felt great!! After that, I did about 20 minutes of Cardio Groove....it is a higher impact workout...... but I didn't finish it as my knee was starting to complain. emoticon Since I didnt want to hurt it and put my self out of commission again. I decided I'd had enough for the day. A little disappointing but it's ok.
I worked hard and burned about 500 calories!!!! It's all good!
