lost my first 2 pounds

I'm trying not to be disappointed, but two pounds is so little for the first week. Many times I have started to lose weight the first week is anywhere from 5-7 pounds. But I got to keep in mind this is how I want to lose weight this time slow and steady.

    2 pounds is fantastic! It may be hard to get used to at first, but 2 pounds a week is a great rate to lose weight.
