Slow is Slow, but is better

I been working hard at the gym and really trying to fight my cravings for highly processed and high carb foods.
I am losing, but, very slowly. I have to keep reminding myself that I did not gain this over night. I get so darn upset when my weight goes up and down.
I think that I am my own worse enemy. I need to remember that my weigh in day is Sunday and every weight before then is just for my personal study on how my diet and fluid intake affects my daily weight (water) balance.
I know this in my mind, but, in times of panic I tend to forget. So that is why I blog, so I can look back at this when the crazies hit...LOL
Well off to the gym.
