I was inspired by a friend of mine. She was 230lbs after her second child. She lost 100 lbs in a year by lowering her calorie intake. Also, another friend of mine recently had surgery (replacing her knees). She has been working out (after surgery) for about 4 months now and she already lost 60lbs. So I am lowering my calorie intake and started working out with Jillian Micheals 30 day video. Also walking about 2 miles a day with my daughter. I am 182 lbs today. Also I am taking the Green Coffee extract every day. So we will see how it works out.
