Goals for BLC22

Every time I start BLC, I kick myself because of all the time consuming work that it entails but after a few weeks of learning how to do what, what is expected of me, and learning the names of the teammates, I am in full swing. I love the competitions and the focus that it gives me. However, in the past two rounds i have set the bar pretty high for myslef and I always end up with not meeting my goals. This time around, I am going to set my goal at ten pounds and get myself started at the beginning and not wait until halfway through to really kick it into gear. This being my third round, I want to make it even better than the second so I need to get myself mentally prepared by staying on spark and keeping up with my teams. I am getting close to my goals so now is the time to push full force, not to sit back and watch the waves go by. I will continuously review myself to see what is working and what is not. I need to change it up and give myself so variety and fun. I read that dancing is one of the best ways to lose weight because you are making moves that you don't do in every day life. So I want to continuously learn and change so i can be healthy, fit, strong AND knowledgeable about health and fitness.
