I run /manage some communities on the internet, including one here. The ones that are most successful for ME, are the ones that I use a method I call "The Circadian". It's also the ones that the members of those communities stick together, grow together, and enjoy better successes in.
Basically, it's a process of sitting down for three minutes and just typing. Let everything that comes into your head, go down in those three minutes. What it does is allow me to stay focused on the things that are important concerning that community, project, or goal.
What you're reading is the first time that I've used this process here. I apologize for it's boringness today. But it's what I have to do. I must do something to get back on track as far as my weight goes. I've gained way too much back and I've lost way too much ground. Fortunately, I've continued to run and exercise on a 'moderately' good basis.
