Oh yes it was more of a chore than a delight to do my morning workout, which consisted of 10 mins warm up on the bike, 30 mins circuit training and 15 mins of cool down stretching but I made it and feel really pleased with myself for pushing through and completing it.

Now off to have a nice long soak in a bath..

    Sometimes it really is hard to push through and do it, but we just have to dig down deep and get it done. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
