Ok so today Spark coach had me recalibrate food and exercise on the trackers. this is the beginning of week 4 for me following Leslie Sansones walk book. this week I increase cardio to alternating between 3 and 4 miles 5 days a week and 2 unstructured days counting steps only on a pedometer. I will use Walk away the pounds videos for walking with and with out ab belts and 3 short spark people videos using bands that I just got in the mail. The plan is on my daily calendar. I have made adjustments for expected challenging days.

food is in the house to follow the food tracker so what could possibly go wrong ? emoticon spark cheers everyone
