I just got back from a family holiday to Tonga. It was an incredibly special time for my mother (who is Tongan) as it was the first time that her daughters children went to Tonga. We just LOVED it ... Omg the snorkelling was awesome and I had a brand new underwater camera to go mad with :)
Did I overeat? YES!
Did I berate myself? NO!
Did I keep active? YES!
Am I back on track? YES!
Today I joined my local aquatic centre and gymnasium ... I just love it there ... I spent 1.5 hours aqua jogging tonight and then 20 minutes in the spa pool ... Sooooooo relaxing! But I am actually really looking forward to learning more about the rest of the centre. I have my first session on Thursday and then workout session next Monday. Every other day I'll be in the pool or taking a spa ... Bliss.
I've also enrolled in a sea kayak course. Tomorrow we have our first lessons at the pool. Then more theory and lessons on Saturday this weekend and a kayak trip all day on Sunday ... I am NOT looking forward to the Eskimo rolls ... But hopefully I'll do ok. NERVOUS!
Eating today has been fab ... Back off the bread! I plan to be back to my pre-holiday weight by the time I weigh myself this Friday :-)
