So, tomorrow is Monday. That means a new start to the week. I know what I want to do this week, it is to plan for success. This means bringing food to school, and eating the right kinds of foods. This means making sure to plan when where and how I am going to work out. I know that I have to get these habits formed somehow, and I know I have to start somewhere. So... let the games begin! Next Sunday night, I will have the goals of:
Tracking my food for a week
Working out or doing something active everyday
Doing a blog post every evening to evaluate my progress.
I should write these goals down on a my planner so that I see them often. Ok, got to go start planning for the week- and it is late! So tired!
