OK, so weigh in this morning and I'm up 1lb. I'm not at all surprised as my food intake for the last week has either been on the high end of my range or over, plus I've been on a new medication that has a side effect of weight gain, it really seemed to have pushed sugar cravings up. It felt like I was constantly premenstrual.
Anyway that is behind me and Today is the start pf a new week, which will contain the start of a new job and the findings of the xrays that I had at the start of the year.
Yesterday we bough a 'portable' greenhouse, one of those that has the green plastic over it, today I'm going to put it together and maybe get some tomato plants and grobags to put in them. It's going to take a bit of rearranging at the top of the garden to fit it in, and I'll have to find somewhere else to put the strawberries.
In addition to that I need to get a flat (ish) pair of shoes and some light, comfortable trousers ready for work tomorrow, and make sure that the house is clean, which shouldn't take long as I've really kept on top of it while I've been out of work.
Looking at the food, I need to get more protein in somehow. The main way that I can think of is to replace the cereal at the end of the day with something, maybe even a protein shake or bar providing I can get a low calorie one, and I need to lay off of the sugar.
