Okay. I've been walking....lots and lots of walking. I'm six days into a squat challenge. I've done some strength training...light weights, kettlebell. I am going to weigh myself tomorrow (Monday) morning. Even if the scale hasn't moved, I know what I am doing is healthy for me in ways that the scale can't reflect, so while I am hopeful for pounds lost, I am preparing myself to not quit if the pounds are still there. Going to stay positive this time and not give up.
