Mix It Up Challenge

We are doing a challenge at work here you have to get in about 9 servings max of fruits and veggies. Sadly I'm the one lagging on my team but I'm not the one groaning about being sick of fruits and veggies either. I'm holding steady. You get double points for super foods like Kale, strawberries, spinach, blueberries, etc. the rest of my team is eating all super veggies. I'm mixing it up more. Everyone else's kids are grown so getting a 7 year old plus my veggie hater hubby to buy in has been tough. But we are eating more so that is good! We are 4 weeks in and it is an 8 week program. Half way there. There are about 50 teams doing it and we are #4. Munch munch munch...

    If you've upped the fruits and veggies your family is eating, that's a win-win situation regaardless of what the rest of your team is doing. Sounds like your changes are actually sustainable, too, which is what really matters over the long run!
