I managed to stay on target with calories and exercise again today. I didn't sleep very well again last night, but my energy levels were much better today despite that. I don't think it did much for my mood though. However, I'm trying not to dwell on that, so I thought I would outline my weekly goals.
1) Take a 30 minute walk every day but Thursday (the volunteer work I do on Thursdays will provide plenty of exercise on its own).
2) Log calorie intake every day.
3) Stay within calorie goals.
4) Don't weigh myself until Friday
Maybe that's not very ambitious, but I'm taking the whole 'starting slow' thing seriously this time.
