Food Diary 3 Days and Something New

The only thing new I've done this week is trying a couple new recipes. Thank God for Pinterest!

Day 1 Food Diary-
Breakfast- Omelet
Lunch- Turkey Sandwich on Wheat with Cheese, Strawberries and Watermelon
Supper- Chicken Alfredo with a salad and yogurt ranch dressing
Snack- Mango and Banana

Day 2 Food Diary-
Breakfast- Cinnamon Bun Smoothie
Lunch- Turkey Sandwich on Wheat with Cheese, Strawberries and Mango
Supper- Cheddar Chicken with Ranch Potatoes and Squash and Zucchini Casserole
Snacks- Wholly Guacamole and Chips, Mango and Watermelon

Day 3 Food Diary-
Breakfast- Greek Yogurt Waffles with Strawberries
Lunch- Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas (2 1 tortilla each) with Guacamole and Salsa
Supper- Wendy's Grilled Chicken Sandwich and 5 fries
Snacks- Small Vanilla Milkshake from Chick-fil-a (I know, I know.)

Even though I tried to make healthier choices than I would have, I can see, especially in day 3, times where although I made healthier choices, I didn't necessarily make healthy choices. To better choices and a better week!
