I did very well today, not perfect, but very well. I give it a B+. I got to the gym & swam 18 laps, but my arms were so sore from TRX yesterday! Tomorrow I plan to do lower body. I went over my calorie range by 100, and I was delightfully full after dinner.
Thanks again for all the support & pep talk. I really feel more motivated, strong and determined.
In respect to Fat 2 Fit, I haven't heard from Russ, and although there are infinite reasons why one person may not contact another, I have my own guess that it's because of the wild fires in his area of the country. I just hope Russ, his friends and family are all OK.
The leaders of the Emerald Biggest Loser Spring Melt Off Challenge, Carrie and Janet have done a wonderful job keeping the team plugged into the game, even if the scale isn't moving in the right direction, even if someone is sidelined with injury. Hats off ladies! I could take a page from your book. There's 3 weeks left to the challenge, and than on to the next 10 week challenge.
