Recap of day 13 of 30 day challenge #2 with the following:
-no fast food
- under 2,000 calories
- 6 days of 30 minutes of cardio w/ 1 day of strength
- recap my days
So yesterday I woke up and layed around for awhile. Then fell back asleep lol. My mom called and asked me to come to a random bbq and to bring my roommates. So I had my breakfast and lunch at the same time around 1pm. Then I worked out on the stationary bike for 30 minutes. I got up to 9.40 miles. Which is a record for me so I was super excited about that.
I then went and picked my roommate up who was hungry and while putting gas in the car bought us some rice crispy treats. So then we went over and ate lots of food for dinner. I was actually surprised that it was under 2,000 calories. I felt like I ate 3,000. so ya this week has been a really tough week with the staying under 2,000. but I will continue on. I have a feeling my weigh in tomoroow will show a lil loss instead of another big 5lb. but a loss is a loss right?!

Breakfast- wheat toast w/ peanut butter
Lunch – wheat bread, tuna, mayo, provolone
Dinner- hotdogs, hot dog bun, chicken
Snacks – rice crispy treat, peanut butter ice cream sandwich
