"Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see."

Mark Twain

How does this relate to SP, weight loss & a healthy lifestyle??? It matters that we're kinder than necessary, especially to those who we may be losing patience with. We never know what burdens they bear or where they are on their journey. Sometimes we all slip a cog and slide backwards for a bit, our SP friends are always so good to us, never judging but instead, are there with words of encouragement. And, most importantly....they're just THERE for us. We're all so lucky to have SP!!!

Again it's too late and I have to close for today. A big thanks to you for stopping by if you had time. I did have a great day!! Hope your Sunday was wonderful, even if it did rain most of the day! emoticon

What an excellent blog! Healthy lifestyle encompasses ALL the facets of life, not just nutrition, exercise. It's LIFE in general! And you're so right, with that comes frustrations or challenges that each person has that we may not be aware of. so, kindness is indeed a universal language! Starting with ourselves!

I love how everyone helps each other and encourages them even when they rant and get grumpy. This is often me so it's good :)
