So, I've come to the end of the first week of WW. I feel like I had a good week, I followed their guidelines and stuck to my daily points. I did not use any of the 49 Flex points allowed, and I don't feel like I missed anything or was deprived of anything. I ate some of the special rices I make for family dinner, I ate macaroni and cheese, I hate half a hoagie, I ate some potato chips (yes, I counted out 15 chips from the bag). I had the yogurt that I love, I ate full fat cheese, I used real butter. Yes, I measured out *one* portion of each of those things! And I enjoyed my week. I passed on Rice Krispie treats and some other junk.
My official weigh in is tomorrow at 1 pm. I will eat very lightly in the morning, and carry my lunch to the meeting (or at least something small so I am not starving). I am feeling good about weighing in. Hope I am not disappointed.
