Thank God for a nice relaxing weekend. Let's talk about yesterday...
Here's the exercise I did yesterday (5/4/13):
65 minutes of the elliptical trainer
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 8, 175 pounds
Captain's' Chair Leg Raise - 3 sets of 12
Abdominal Crunch - 3 sets of 8, 75 pounds
I absolutely love Saturdays. It is my one day to sleep in. I actually woke up at 7:30 am and then turned right back over and slept for a couple more hours, I love it!
I had a good time at LA Fitness. I finally got in some weight training for my abs and it felt great. I know I said it before, but I love the fact that I'm finally starting to get my money's worth out of my gym membership. In the next couple of months, I'm thinking about trying some of the other activities that LA Fitness has to offer (aerobics classes, spinning, basketball, etc.)
