Looking at myself in the mirror...
I can see a change in my face. More energy and thinner chin line, brighter eyes.
I can see a change in my waist. A little curvier.
I need to work on the lower tummy, no muscle control there.
I need to work on my under arms, pretty flabby.
I need to work on my thighs. Muscle tone is weak.
I usually stay away from mirrors and definitely don't look while getting dressed, but today I had the courage to evaluate myself. It's ok...nothing specatular, but not as bad as I thought.
I am seeing improvement so that's a positive. And it shows that I still have a lot of work to do.
