Diet: Right on track. I had some popcorn at the movies, but I had already told myself it was OK before I went. That was not a battle I was going to fight.
I also have made up most of my lunches already and will finish making a dinner item that I want prepared ahead of time. I still have some veggie chili and I don't want to make more until I have eaten the older chili.
Exercise: Drum roll please....Yep! I did a half hour of my cardio exercise this morning. I am on track for a good week!
I slept in today, got up in time to do my SP stuff and was ready to leave at noon. Five of us went out to the movies today to watch Iron Man 3. I was not disappointed. We came home and my son and his girlfriend cleaned up the rest of the mess from the party. However, I still had to do dishes and I will have to clean the dining room table and put some other things away......I took a nap and then got up and pre-made the food. I have had a truly restful Sunday. Once I thought about it I realized that I have not slept in for a few weeks or more...
