* I must have worked out harder than I thought (despite all the aches), this week, because I lost 2 pounds. Maybe, that's why I was hungrier this week than I have been in months.
* Today was a much less painful workout than recently, but I still only did 35 minutes on the recumbent. (Better consistent and easier, than having to give up entirely. Do not want to repeat the pain of this last week.)
* Past time for dinner, and an early bed time.
