Well my week started off great....then went way off track. I ate A LOT of things I shouldn't have and didn't stay within my calorie range for two days. Saturday I got back on the right path. Don't know how I did it but I still lost 4lbs this week. Must have been all the hard work still at the gym. I also was outside with my kids most of the weekend because of this great weather. :)
