I didn't post last week because I was simply too busy to do so. Thus, a half post!

I have officially gone exercise crazy. I am in love with Zumba, DDR, Wii sports, and kinda sorta liking the Strength training. I have tracked myself for the last week but not used the website too much because of the time thing... I sat down a few minutes ago and did some calculations...

Not good.

I am burning 8,841 calories a week with my plan. I do DDR for 7 days a week, burning 425 calories each time. I play Wii Tennis and Boxing for 15 minutes each day and that is 115 and 168 respiectively. I do alternate my Zumba and Strength training with Zumba 4 times/week for 777 calories a day and Strength training for 130 calories a day with an accompanying Stair Step Climber for 10 minutes that totals to about 129 calories a day.

Deciding that this was just a LITTLE different from my initially predicted 4k/week...I modified my fitness setup on SP... Woah!!! My range went from 1500-1800 up to 2400-2750!!! I couldn't eat that many calories if I tried! I have been staying steady bout 1200-1500 and been forcing myself to eat at that point... How in the world am I supposed to eat that much? Needless to say, I am searching for advice about whether this is an exaggeration on SP's part or if I am really in need of that many calories....

    WOW! That is a lot of calories burned.....are you losing weight and gaining muscles? You do need to eat more. You may get better advice/suggestions if you post a message on the exercise and nutrition boards. Hope you get some clarification. If you are using Spark Coach you can ask the coach questions too.
