Weighed the same this week, which was a bit disappointing as I had felt that I had done better with my eating during the week. However, looking at a month's worth of charts in the Nutritional Tracker, I see that while I am trending down in the calorie department, other things are not doing so well, especially the sodium.
That is something that I need to watch more closely.
Fats and carbs are high, protein in the middle to low area of the target range. I need to cut down on fats and carbs and eat more veggies to up the protein a bit without many fats and carbs.
I'm gradually improving my fiber, eating more veggies would help with that.
So let's look at last week's goals -- with comments
Drink my water -- hit 8 glasses every day, most days over a bit
Continue the WATP streak, although that may be modified to outside walking
with the start of a new month and better weather -- Still doing WATP as my main exercise, I need to get outside to walk
Stay within my nutrition guidelines -- Didn't do well with calories at all, but was a bit lower overall than that previous week.
Watch my portions -- Portions continue to need work
Take good lunches to work -- Did pretty well here, but need to cut back on the size of the portions.
Cut down on the diet cola at work -- Did not do well at all here...
Next week I'll continue to work on these areas.
Drink my water. I need to drink more earlier in the day so I don't have to get up at night.
Continue the WATP streak, although that may be modified to outside walking with the start of a new month and better weather.
Stay within my nutrition guidelines. Watch the fat, carbs, and sodium intake.
Watch my portions.

Cut down on the diet cola and snacks at work.
Get some yard work done!!
Have a good week.
