I guess I got my payback for not posting a blog 2x this week. I wrote my blog today and when I posted, it disappeared. So here is a refined and shortened version.

Posted 1x, Will improve next week and post 2x
Made better food choices, Will improve next week by recording all food choices (still an issue)
Kept up with my walks this week, next week I will add the bike (hubby got it out of the rafters)
Dusted off my "help" books this week, will read daily and be mindful next week
Ate all my meals at the table, will continue with this.

Life is still busy. I worked one day, grandma another, volunteer duties, Sunday School today (mine is the 3 - 7 year old group emoticon , turned the garden and the usual day to day details. I went to a 2 hour presentation by our logal organic food store; interesting.

I am moving myself higher up on the ladder of priorities; one rung at a time. Where are you at on your ladder?

    Ah the evil blog taker stuck again. I abhor that.
    But from your shortened blog I see much determination going on. Isn't it wonderful when we expand our horizons. Do you have set days to blog? That may help you. I love reading your blogs.
    Chia seeds vary in price from store to store. Around here I found bulk chia available at over $10 a pound, then I found a pound of Red Mill for $8 a pound. I use chia in place of flaxseed.
