Military diet day 2

Well today is the end of day 2 and I actually found it easier then day one. First I woke up with a wonderful surprise of being down 3.5lbs from yesterday And then the whole meal plan for day 2 was full of protein so I think thats why I didn't feel as deprived. Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow to see how it goes. I took a peak at tomorrows menu and it seems a little small so I might feel those hunger pains again.
I didn't do any exercise today which I should have tried to do something so hopefully that doesn't hurt me to much. What I did do is wrote a list of all the reasons I wanted to do this and made a goal pyramid which I find really helpful. I read about it in a book by Jillian Michaels. You start at the top of the pyramid with your ultimate goal. For me that would be to weigh 153lbs. Next is your monthly goal. For me thats to lose 8lbs. Then move down weekly which is 2lbs per week. and Daily you write out what your going to do everyday to achieve your weekly goal and then immediate goals are things you need to do right now to make it possible. Maybe you need new running shoes or more groceries. I find it really breaks it down and makes it more manageable to achieve.
Anyways just one more day on the military plan and I can go back to my normal weigh loss diet.
