Changing Attitutes

Sunday, May 05, 2013

Today I have looked at my previous blogs and wonder why I lost my direction. I lost my momentum. I lost my purpose and my attitute changed. I became slack and lazy. I gave in to the easy road. But really I could not expect doing something I've always done and get different results.

Changing Attitudes, well mine mainly and to align it with my goal. Do I have the right attitude to reach this goal. Can I do it. - Of course I can do it but I have to change my attitude about what I do during the day. Plan a more productive day. Work on setting time aside - No, make time for movement (exercise). Do it often enough and it becomes habit.

I have a goal for the end of May as I am attending a themed camp with myScouting Group and I have bought a costume that might just be a little snug but will work on making that dress slide on perfectly. I'm excited and my attitude to want to change is driving me to achieve this.

I planned my diet and my movement routine in order to reach that goal.
4 weeks is a good start and a medium goal for me. I do have weekly goals and will work on those.

Its good to find and a purpose and a way to feel better again.
