That first post...

So, I donít totally know what Iím doing. I mean, I know how to write, but I donít know how to use Spark People yet. Or what this site is all about. To be honest, I have tried it before and I gave up for some reason. I can't remember why.

Anyway, I need to lose weight. I could make a private journal, track with apps, try , or countless other private methods of reflection, but I think I need something to hold me accountable. And I've read a fair bit lately about having other people hold you accountable too. Iím going to try to be present and positive on here. Hopefully it will work out!

    It took me awhile to get the hang of it. In fact, I signed up in a November, and didnt look at it again until the following January. Have never looked back!!
