weekly plan: 5/6-5/12

Sunday, May 05, 2013

Starting today, 5/5, I am going to stop eating wheat. I have thought for a while that I had a sensitivity to salt in foods, as I would swell and feel bad after eating salty foods. I am thinking, though, that it may actually be wheat that is causing these reactions. I had a sandwich last night and felt the same way today, but sodium was low yesterday. I have been reading a lot about wheat's effect on the body and ordered the book, Wheat Belly.

I was reading through old blogs and found where I used to set specific goals for the week. Hoping that will help motivate me!
