After being on the plan for 2 weeks now, I lost 5 pounds initially and then got stuck on 155.0 pounds.
Then I tested Lasagne and went up 0.4 and then went back to my last friendly day and that was day 3 and now this morning I can happily say that I broke through that 155.0 lb barrier and am now at 154.8 ! Whoo hoo!
So....What does that mean? That means I go back to day 4 now and retest cheese!

It is called "The Plan" by Lyn-Genet Recitas. This book certainly changed the way I view food and the scale!
Things I did not do before "The Plan":
I DID NOT:
Drink Lemon water
Drink Dandelion tea ( liver support)
Drink 9 1/2 cups of water a day
Eat Lasagne and only gain 0.4 of a pound!
Eat wheat bread and stay the same
eat so many veggies in a day! ( this is a biggie)
Have probiotics daily
eat 3 meals and a snack daily ( I used to have small snacks all day)
