Broke through my plateu! Whoo hoo!

After being on the plan for 2 weeks now, I lost 5 pounds initially and then got stuck on 155.0 pounds.
Then I tested Lasagne and went up 0.4 and then went back to my last friendly day and that was day 3 and now this morning I can happily say that I broke through that 155.0 lb barrier and am now at 154.8 ! Whoo hoo!

So....What does that mean? That means I go back to day 4 now and retest cheese!

For those of you who are not familiar with The Plan, you can go to her website and check it out.

To understand my strange lingo like "friendly days" and all that, you can check out the book.
It is called "The Plan" by Lyn-Genet Recitas. This book certainly changed the way I view food and the scale!

Things I did not do before "The Plan":


Drink Lemon water
Drink Dandelion tea ( liver support)
Drink 9 1/2 cups of water a day
Eat Lasagne and only gain 0.4 of a pound!
Eat wheat bread and stay the same
eat so many veggies in a day! ( this is a biggie)
Have probiotics daily
eat 3 meals and a snack daily ( I used to have small snacks all day)

    I just read the introduction from the link you posted and
all the information about the gut problems sure sounds
like me. I will ask my son to get me the book for Mother's
