Don't know how it happened but last week sure fell apart. Barely tracked anything, barely earned any Spark Points, exercise was a word not an activity, but in spite of it all I still managed to keep some perspective. I did not OD on the chocolate cake, I chose a salad for dinner instead of the rest of the spaghetti, two small but important victories. And I did reach for water over soda (for the most part). I don't know when it occurred but it looks like small habit changes are being made, unbeknownst to be. WooHoo!
