Don't know how it happened but last week sure fell apart. Barely tracked anything, barely earned any Spark Points, exercise was a word not an activity, but in spite of it all I still managed to keep some perspective. I did not OD on the chocolate cake, I chose a salad for dinner instead of the rest of the spaghetti, two small but important victories. And I did reach for water over soda (for the most part). I don't know when it occurred but it looks like small habit changes are being made, unbeknownst to be. WooHoo!

That is what happens - we make small changes that we think about at the beginning and then all of the sudden we do thing we don't think about anymore. I love the lifestyle change - but I do still have 'fast food' moments - I try to eat a salad at this time - but, still love the chicken nuggets! LOL

Sometimes it's the little things that bring BIG results in the long run!
Maintaining your 27 pound loss is proof of that.
Slow and steady wins the race . . . .
