so the scale progress has been slow...and no one can notice any change in my body...but i have noticed the following exciting changes so far:

- if i eat more calories in a meal than i would like, instead of chalking up the day as a failure, i work out and get back on track

-i am physically incapable of letting myself go over my daily calorie ranges anymore, ever since i binged a bit in week two of this process

-the joy of buying all healthy groceries never gets old

-i am capable of going out for drinks and not over doing it (and then coming home to work out, as i am about to do now...what!!!!)

-i no longer get out of breath from walking around campus

-i feel sexier in bed! (already! and i am just at around 10 lbs...imagine at my goal!)

-the fact that no one has noticed my weight loss so far is not bothering me as much as it wouldve in the past...because i know how much better my fitness level and health is already, and my exterior is bound to join soon!!

i feel like i am really making life-long changes, and this is so exciting :) i have made my fruit salad for lunch tomorrow, and i am ready to get in a workout and get to bed early!! official weigh-in day / motivation-dress try-on day is tomorrow, so hopefully all goes well :)
