Slow Hills Predicted

Nothing much profound today.
I've been eating well the last couple days. Keep this up and I'll be right back to where I want to be weight wise. Then, can I maintain it? We'll see.
Took a day of rest today as far as formal exercise goes. Kept the kids and played actively quite a few hours. It was a gorgeous sunny day with cool breezes.
Still can feel those muscles under my left glute; some pains when I move in certain ways and some general aching. Tomorrow I will run. Not too hard. Saturday evening is my next 5K. I'll run as well as my body lets me and I'll make a conscious effort not to overdo, especially not to run the hills hard.
So, I'm disappointed I won't be able to give the Mayfaire 5K my best effort, but I will participate and see how it goes.
