I was just updating my short term goals in preparation for the 5% Spring into Summer Challenge and I realized that I already met two short-term goals that I had for myself. One was to loose 5 pounds by May 18 and I've already met that goal! Also I wanted to find an exercise that I really liked and I discovered that I love Zumba and spinning classes. Yay! I'm off to a good start!
